We are an advisory and research organisation that
provides advice to the Minister for Training on publicly funded Vocational
Education and Training (VET) needs for the Community Services, Health and
Education Industries.
Each of these industries encompasses a diverse and complex range of
services, occupations and agencies.
In combination, the paid workforce of the four industries amounts to
approximately 17% of the total Western Australian workforce. Spending on the
four industries amounts to over 50% of the State Governments budget as well
as a sizeable allocation of Commonwealth Government funding.
Through a consultative research process the work of the
CSH&E TC benefits
employers and employees within the industries covered within the CSH&E
TC, by
ensuring that their training needs are identified and therefore, ability to
maintain high levels of client service, productivity and improved career
paths.
